Mindful parenting is a mindset change process, in this process through the conscious self-awareness, and live in the present moment without judgment, use mindfulness skills as far as possible in raising children.
The core basic of mindfulness is awareness and empathy of themselves and their children. As parents, the most important thing is relationship with the child instead of parenting techniques, parent-child attachment is not learning a kind of behavior, but looking for engagement. The best gift we can give our children is our company. Mindful parenting can help parents build an objective capacity that allows us to separate children from bad behavior and not the person.
